« I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Before booking, I specifically chose this hotel because the room was advertised as having a partial ocean view. While there is technically a small glimpse of the ocean, you have to turn your head to a very specific angle to see it. The actual view from the room is overwhelmingly a parking lot. « I live eight hours away from this location and was traveling for a vacation. I called at least three times before the day of my scheduled date to see if I can check in earlier. I was told the first time to call back closer to the date. I called the day before to make sure that I can check in before the original chicken time which was 4 PM and was told yes. « I was falsely charged for nothing. It’s a fake charging property. Even a laundry shows $ 3 for laundry but was charged $5. Also, just for cleaning they charged $90. Very updat with the service. »

« Rooms were clean, they were stuffy smelling but weren’t bad to where the air quality was compromised. The front office smelled wonderful so you would think the rooms smelled just as nice. Outside trash bins were full the whole weekend. The cleaning staff barely gave you time to get to the door before opening the room for towels. Overall not a bad experience. Parking was crowded by big pickup trucks. It was 4th of July weekend. »

« this is the dirties hotel I have ever stayed at in my 60 years of life. i have detailed videos, once we arrived at 2 am after driving for 11 hours I have to go out scouting for any place open to buy bed sheets and blankets as thier beds were covered by black mold and there was no reservations anywhere else at the time and I couldn't drive any further to look for another hotel. »
