"Great stay! enjoyed all the accommodations and the host was very communicative! :)"

"A lovely small place, easy parking. Cleaning crew could do better, there was a plate with old food in the microwave, an expired unopened jar of peanut butter and the white towels are not so white. I’d say bring your own towels. Besides from that it is a cozy, center located place. "

"The cabin is very nice and clean. We had no trouble finding it and it is conveniently located close to the mountain high resort, food and conveniences. We would go there again."

"Attended an event at the Rose Bowl and this property made everything very convenient. Clean property and great location!"

"Very nice place to stay"

"4 travelers and a very comfortable stay here. Has your basic kitchen tools and spices to make cooking simple meals a breeze."

"The house is nice, conveniently located, and offers private parking and all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately, the shower drain in the master bathroom and the sink in the guest bathroom were partially clogged. Water drained slowly, leaving behind dirty residue from previous use, which made both unpleasant and unsanitary to use. The host promised to send someone the following morning to address these issues, but no one showed up. The host was responsive and communication was great, but...

"Communication was very good. Any issues were resolved immediately."

"Check in was a breeze, the home was clean and perfect. Great shower, loved the fridge and all the ice cubes. Bed and linens were top notch as were the towels. Loved my stay!! Quiet and great location. Would stay here again."

"So cozy, clean, and beautifully designed!"

"This place is perfect. I have 2 kids & a dog, and this place is just right. Monrovia is a cool little town and this property is in walking distance from Old Town (farmers market street parties in Old Town are great for fams).10/10, highly recommend."
