To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and maintain the quality of our property, please adhere to the following rules: • No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or near the property of any kind it includes but not limited to vaping, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, weed etc. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. If we discover that one of the guests has been smoking inside the property, an additional $500 cleaning fee will be applied. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises. This helps us maintain a clean and allergen-free environment for all guests. Parties and Events: Parties and large gatherings are not allowed, unless approved. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests allowed is 8\. Please do not exceed this limit unless you request to have extra guest. Extra guest will be charged an additional fee of $65 per night. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-In: 4:00 pm Check-Out: 11:00 am Please leave the property tidy and ensure all keys are returned and all trash has been disposed of outside. Use of Appliances: Follow the provided instructions for using appliances and electronics. If you experience any issues, please contact us for assistance. Trash and Recycling: Dispose of trash and recyclables according to the instructions provided. Please place all waste in the designated bins. Noise Levels: Keep noise to a minimum, particularly in the evenings. Respect the quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Security and Safety: Doors and Windows: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property. For extended stays of 30+ days, a monthly cleaning at $150 per visit is required to maintain the home’s comfort and quality. Your final departure cleaning is also $150 required . I booked this property over a week in advance of our trip to Lancaster for a huge softball tournament. The same day I booked the property I was in contact with Gabriela the property manager and asked if a late check out would be possible. The property manager informed me that this would likely be ok because she did not see anyone booked to arrive after my stay. I followed up with the property manager two days before check in about the property address. The day before check-in, Gabriela sent a message in the morning with check in details, map, and pin code for the property. That SAME evening, hours before check-in, I received an email requesting us to change our arrival dates because they had a booking conflict!!!I called the property manager at 10:30 pm once I realized we were being cancelled and spoke with the husband. He informed me that they had a software problem that ‘accidentally’ double booked our property and the other booking party had checked in earlier that day! Likely, one of two unacceptable scenarios happened: either another booker came in last minute and booked the property and the host booted me even though I had made the booking first, or the double booking happened days in advance and the host waited until the very last minute to inform me of the scenario. Both of these scenarios are unacceptable and highly unprofessional and should be considered when you take the risk of booking this property or with this host!!! ##### Tiffany M.
