When I checked in at Mecure Birmingham West hotel, it was a friendly and professional reception from staff on front desk. My room was freshly cleaned and well presented with all amenities in place.
I enjoyed using the spa and relaxing which was the main aim of my stay as well as having a lovely dinner in the restaurant that evening all in all a nice staycation in West Brom. I eill definetly visit again thanks for the warm hospitality.

I arrived at night tired and the reception desk was empty I walked into the restaurant to ask for help. The waiter guy was very helpful. He took me back to reception and informed the receptionist who was busy on another call. I waited another 5 mins.
Everything else was very nice. The shower, the hot chocolate, the bed . .. . everything was really nice.

Had a pleasant stay with friends, for a couple of days, room was quiet and clean, staff very attentive breakfast had a lot of choices.

"I expected better. You might be going for an antique look, but it just looks old and tired, time to modernise. Free water in room, great. What bother amenities? Poor offer. Cooling-could choose between Eskimo or hell setting."
