"We booked this hotel because it was close to the Tampa Airport . We had an 800 am departure. We actually got dropped off at the property around 5 pm, day of check in .There was a long line and we waited about 15-20 min to get to check in . We were told there would be no water after 5am ! Really ? The whole point of booking this was to utilize the room early before our flight . They never said a word the day before when we booked it . We were not happy but , we had been dropped off so we had no choice but, to stay . A waste of money when we could not use it for what we intended . The hotel and room showed its age and could use updating ! However the room was clean and the shuttle to the airport was included in the price. Free bottled water at check in . Shuttle starts at 5am which is earlier than most . "

"Breakfast was poor for inflated room rates for Sun n fun fly in but there is a Waffel House across the highway. Prices were at least triple the regular prices and the place needs a serious rehab. The water pressure is good, the rest not so much."

"I like that fact that you have smoking rooms, otherwise I wouldn't be there. I have been coming once a moth for sometime and have always received excellent service and clean rooms w/ all the amenities. Of course the casino and food are great."
