« Door handle was broken on first room, and key did not work. I asked for a different room. Key still did not work on second room. When I finally got a key that worked for the second room, it was 50 minutes later. Then when I finally did get in the room, it was a smoking room and I had reserved a non-smoking room. Very poor experience overall. »

« I was unable to stay in this room and they would not refund me. I have called the insurance I purchased too and they will not refund me. The room was ground floor, window would not close all the way and there was no lock on the window. As a solo female traveler I felt this was unsafe. Especially since the desk did not appear to monitored at night and the front door had a lock you needed to access with key card. The room also had an odd odor. »
