The rooms are great and location is fantastic. But it’s not a hotel- so there is no lobby/ reception, so it’s not easy to get information. From the outside it just looks like someone’s home. So you need a special code to get in . We hadn’t received the email confirmation with code which is really important so make sure you receive it before your travels because otherwise you cannot get in

Catastrophic!!!
Awful hotel. Awful service. First about the place: the room doesn't have a dresser, to put your coat in. It doesn't have a table(!), and only one chair! The A/C is not working, and in the bathroom? Disaster! They have failed to properly repair the shower, and water drains all over the floor! If you book here, expect to have clothes hanging from the walls, bring your own glasses (this 4* hotel gives you none) and forget about a fridge ... there's none. The TV is smaller than my workstation monitor, you need to use your cellphone to magnify the image if you want to watch from the bed. Now for service (WHAT SERVICE???) ... We wrote to the property two days before getting there to charge the room on a different CC. The reply came promptly and unkind: we'll charge the CC on record at the time of the booking. What if that CC was cancelled??? There's nobody on premises to have a talk about such a thing, and Hotels.com wasn't much of a help (the chat with an agent Bobby conveniently disconnected). Buyer beware ... now you know! Book at your own peril! I don't think I ever gave a 1* review before, but sadly I guess, one has to start somewhere. All my other hotel experiences during this trip were great, thankfully.
