"The staff and everything was excellent, but unfortunately, we were not aware that the hot tub was broken until we got there and it was broken for both days and I even tried to do my Expedia Insurance file a claim but it wouldn’t let me do that. Staff could’ve tried to make it right, but unfortunately, since we went through, Expedia wouldn’t help at all and they couldn’t fix anything because it didn’t work, but we loved the shampoo and conditioner and stuff the pillows were soft everything was clean, and the staff was amazing.
