« Cet hôtel ne mérite pas la cote de 8 mais plutôt entre 5-6 maximum. Pour un passage une nuit c’est correct sans plus. Corridors bruyants, salle de bain très petite, plusieurs bris dans notre chambre (table de chevet, chaise de bureau). »

« Gross! There was something splattered on the walls. The dresser had crumbs and a drink ring from the last guest. Covers were missing on the bathroom fan/light. An electrical outlet was coming out of the wall. The hall carpets were dingy. "Not so quality, Quality Inn"! »

« L’accueil a été inexistant, pas un mot. Nous avons donné nos documents et après contrôle le réceptionniste nous a donné la carte de la chambre sans un mot, sans aucune information. L’hôtel est envahi par des groupes de dizaines d’enfants avec quelques accompagnateurs, ça courrait dans tous les sens, dans tous les étages. Les parties communes ne sont pas très propres, la chambre est convenable. Concernant le petit déjeuner, nous avons retrouvé les groupes d’enfants, donc c’était compliqué...

« The room and surrounding area were clean but there was an unpleasant odor in the room. We opened the window which took away the smell. The water pressure in the shower was good. No complementary soap or shampoo in restroom. The full sized fridge along with the cooktop were nice but adding a small coffeemaker would have been nice. What was supposed to be the bath towels were very small, more like a large hand towel. The toilet was very low. A small child would have no problem sitting on it and...

« We reserved a king room, was given a queen. The room smelled of stale cigarettes permeated our clothes, and we had no lock on our door. Not a very pleasurable experience. »

« Très bonne chaîne d'hôtel. Lors de notre voyage nous avons réservé des chambres auprès de cette chaîne et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Le personnel est très aimable et à l'écoute de nos demandes. La chambre et la salle de bains sont propres et spacieuse. Le ménage y est fait tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. J'ai vraiment apprécié ce séjour. »

« Hotels.com Where you aware that this place was newly built and my reservation were for May 9th arrive and May 10th depart. Big surprise folks this place will not open until May 12 2026 SO I had to scramble to get moved to Home 2 by Hilton just down the road and what gets me today is the 10th and you folks don't even know you had a problem I'd get this problem solved that has to do with your bookings I gave you a 3 on everything because I couldn't comment or judge this Place Alan Johnson »

« Arrived and they said that they were overbooked and had no rooms. Explained we paid already for 2 nights. After a few minutes they found us a room. Wallpaper was peeling off walls. Toilet, once flushed took at least an hour to fill back up unless you used a garbage can and too water out of the tub to pour in the back. You could take a bath by the time you finished your shower. Checked it out and a bandage was in the drain and it was dirty with other stuff. Breakfast was good and staff were nice...
