"A nice little place to stay! Don’t worry about the distance from the main area. It’s a very quick and easy bus ride with a stop right outside the hotel, or a nice walk along the lake, and we enjoyed being away from the centre. The hotel was very quiet, clean, and self check-in very simple and quick. There are some nice touches, like drinks in the fridge and coffee/kettle all included, which we didn’t find anywhere else in Switzerland."

"A stay that gave us more than we expected Hotel Beau Séjour was a real highlight of our Lucerne stop. Service was outstanding from the moment we arrived — Naima helped us check in and made us feel instantly at home, and even at closing time she made sure we could still get a late drink in. The Negronis on the lake were honestly some of the best we've had anywhere — we'd go back to the hotel just for those. Small touches made a big difference too: still water and Swiss chocolate waiting in the room, and free use of the local buses made getting around effortless. After a long day of sightseeing, the rain shower in our well-appointed bathroom was exactly what we needed. A boutique gem with a personal touch — highly recommend."
