"Pool was filthy, sauna didn't work, HVAC system only had "heat" or "off", no cool. Had to have the window wide open when it was 2c outside just so the room wasn't 25c. The staff were kind enough to book us in a room directly over top of a wedding whose DJ went until midnight, that was fun."
