Linden Vacation Packages

When I make my yearly visit to Guyana, Next Level Apartments is my one and only destination. The owner (Terry) is a consummate professional. He is attentive to the needs of his guests, and goes beyond the scope of his responsibilities to make his guests feel at home.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Breakfast was great. I’d suggest the pool hours go beyond 6 pm.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the positive parts of my stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Having a mall and grocery store nearby is a great convenience. However, the experience in your restaurant was unacceptable. The staff demonstrated a lack of customer service skills, and the way the staff were speaking about the guest assuming I would not understand — was deeply disrespectful. I understood every word, and no guest should be treated that way or talked about. They have a s sewer, problem that all the way up into the rooms it is apparent when you walk around the property. Additionally, the dynamic between staff members when handling customer issues was concerning and unprofessional. Because of this, I will not be staying at your property again, and I will be sharing my experience publicly. Based on this visit, I am giving a 1‑star rating.

It is an outstanding property and definitely a luxury venue in Guyana. The service was fantastic, the rooms were clean and modern, everything was very upscale and of great quality. Both restaurants are fantastic. All the meeting spaces are great. There is no hotel I could recommend more in Georgetown than this property
