"Our room was clean, but since it was overlooking the water, had a rather musty smell when we first arrived. We were able to air it out. I notified staff and they informed us that the building we were in is next on the rehab list, hopefully removing that musty smell when first arriving. The balcony view was first rate. Breakfast was great! Only drawback: carrying suitcases up the stairs!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property in Nobleboro, Maine. It was the perfect home base for exploring Midcoast Maine, with downtown Damariscotta just five minutes away. We enjoyed excellent meals at Schooner Landing and The Barn Door Bakery, and everything we wanted to see was an easy drive from the house.The home itself was spacious, even though it was just the two of us. The remodeled bathroom and guest bedroom were especially nice, and the entire house was well-maintained. The bed mattresses were new and super comfortable. One of our favorite parts was the back deck, where we enjoyed a relaxing pre-dinner happy hour.We also made the trip to Wiscasset for a lobster roll from Red's Eats. The line was long, but it was absolutely worth the wait!Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again. We hope to return to Nobleboro in the future."
