"Travelling with my teenage son - 2 night stay at the end of a trip around Italy. We arrived in the evening and we were a bit taken aback at first by the unassuming entrance to the hotel but very pleased once we entered into the main body of the hotel. An exceptional quality hotel in a fabulous place.
"We have been to Caserta before, this was just an overnight stop before catching a flight from Naples Airport. This is a really excellent hotel in all respects. It is two minutes from the station. The accommodation was spectacular. The food (breakfast) was all top quality with a wide range available. Staff were especially helpful and friendly. Really good value for money. Caserta is a great place to visit, and the Palazzo Reale with its garden is totally exceptional. This hotel is definitely the best place to stay for a break of journey or for a longer stay, wholeheartedly recommended. There are direct bus connections to Naples Airport, and the railway station is a stop on the mainline between Rome and Bari. Don't miss Caserta, and definitely stay at the Hotel Royal. "
