The apartment was beautiful, clean and our host was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is at good location. We had easy access to the tram and to the buses which took us to Naples city centre.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and the shower did not drain well (which may explain the smell). Close to shops and restaurants though the area was dirty and seemed unsafe walking around. The accommodation does not provide breakfast (despite the name), and the tv struggled to connect to wifi. The communication in the lead up to the stay was good.

The property is well managed and clean.within walking distance from the main train station.bus and tram right in the corner to get you to garibaldi train station.I had a very comfortable sleep apart form the noise outside.I give them 5 star.definitely will stay there again.

Due to plane delays we arrived later than expected, entrance code to property was all done via text and worked well. Property cleaned every day by cleaner to a good standard, convenient location close to centre but can be noisy due to busy road but that's Italy, It is only accomodation,no breakfast included but plenty of good choice in local café s, would use again and good value

The name is confusing, because it is not a bed and breakfast, only a bed, no breakfast. We had some difficulties with the lock in our door, but the manager took care of that well enough. The location is a little distant, so lots of walking, but the bus tram/bus stop is near. Very messy outside, but so is all of Naples. The rooms were clean but the cleaner used too much scents.

The property was in a run down area. It was on an extremely busy road with trams, cars and motorbikes constantly making noise as the double glazing wasn't very effective. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a kettle. There was plenty of hot water. I think the name is a bit misleading as it is not a Bed and Breakfast place, it's room only

Host is very nice and accommodating. Everything in the room is very clean and comfortable. The food distance (5-10min walk) and train distance (15-20min walk) is very good. Only thing I didn’t like is some of the people and kids around but it has nothing to do with the hotel, it’s the people

The room was modern and clean, and the owner very helpful. The area around the b&b isn’t the best but it’s very useful as it’s near the train station and fairly close to the airport too. The train station is within walking distance. I can’t fault the b&b, and will definitely use again in the future

Avoid. Area is very sketchy and the property is gloomy. Stayed one night just to be closer to the airport, but it was one night too many. Also note that there is a long, steep flight of stairs to climb and no elevator. If you have luggage bigger than a carry on, best of luck.

This is bed without breakfast! The area is super dirty but the lady who was there is super nice. The location is really far from everything. They charged us 2 tourism fees for 9euros and then tried to get us to pay 15 euros each the next day. It is not a hotel/ motel. It is a floor with couple of rooms on the roof! Sorry i never write bad reviews but i don’t recommend this facility unfortunately. Also checkout at 10 am!!!!!

Good for an overnight stop

Decent stay in Naples. Not too far from the train station. The room is nice and clean. We weren't offered breakfast, there was no air conditioning (the windows opened but the street noise was loud), the wifi had some trouble connecting, and we had to call to enter the building (there is a key pad but no buzzer). Overall, it was not bad for just a quick stopover.
