« Lovely place to stay! The host was very helpful in providing all of the details for the stay, the house was clean, and it has a very cozy feel to it. I'd recommend staying here if you're coming to Rochester. The only issue was that there was a guy yelling at us from his car for no reason, but that's not a problem regarding the homeowner, it's just the area. »

« Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen. Perfect for one person or short stays. »

The location is so quiet and secluded, however not too far away from restaurants and wineries. « This home is spectacular! Ideal location in the ‘little lakes’ adjacent to public land. We celebrated Thanksgiving and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. Bedrooms are spacious, kitchen/living room is quite large and setup perfectly. The soaking tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. My only nitpick is I wish the grill was propane, only because the temperature outside was in the 20s with 40mph wind. We had such a great stay! Little lakes holiday market was awesome!...

"The overall amenities were excellent, and I truly appreciated the quality of the stay. However, I was disappointed by the amount of waste at the breakfast buffet. Disposable plates and individually wrapped glasses, all ending up in the trash, feel out of step with today’s sustainability standards. This practice alone makes me question whether I would return.
