Positive: view, beach, clean rooms, two large pools, one family one 21 older.
Negative: parking pricey and a little far from rooms, under 21 pool closed twice so no real over 21 pool. And random charges on our room . It took three different calls to get it looked into, to find it was not ours.

We absolutely loved the family room we had with the bunkbed for the kids. The set up was fantastic! Such kind staff and love that the coffee /restaurant was right next door. Great location and service. Would stay again.

The staff was very friendly clean staff very good and everything was good! Only thing I would give a down rating was they need to invest in pool layout furniture only two were not tore up

Shelly was very friendly and helpful. She has great customer service. The only thing I didn’t like was people staying in the hotel was beating on our door really loud and running around 2-3am multiple times. This happed both nights we were there. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay.
