« Looks nice in the pictures, but furniture is all for show! The neighborhood was sketchy, there was a lot missing, the cleaning crew missed so many things. « Pros: The host, Kimone, was excellent with communication. She called right back when I tried to call her for additional information. Free WiFi. The condo was very clean. The decor was cute. The bed was huge, plenty of room to move. The location was 15 or so minutes away from Buckhead and 30 minutes away from Duluth. It's a quiet, safe neighborhood. « The place had not received a proper cleaning prior to our arrival. It was below the standard we expect. The manager tried to resolve the issues but we won't be renting here again. »

« The room was perfect for our stay. Clean and had everything we needed. Communication was a 10! Wish we were able to enjoy getting in the pool, it was closed because of the city, not because of the property. We were able to sit around the pool and it was nice. There are many places to eat at within walking distance. The covered parking is a plus!! Would stay here again. »

« Comfortable, well appointed apartment. It looks just like the photos. My wife and I stayed for a long weekend here, it was a great place to stay. Communication with the owners was excellent. There’s even a neat YouTube video to show you how to get in when you arrive. A nice touch! »
