Property is in a great location and close to Warwick castle. Unfortunately the room was very dirty with dust and cobwebs all around the room. Some items in the kitchen were dirty and had not been cleaned. Pool was warm and the facilities were good.

Nice Hotel. A bit dated in the room I was in, but still had everything you need and was a comfortable nights sleep.

Got a really good price on a room with a gym on site. There was decent parking available and I got parked up near the entrance. I had a room on the ground floor which was close to the gym as well as the entrance. The room was pretty standard but what was required for me. I got shown to the gym which had new equipment and had plenty to choose from. I was then told it was an extra £5 to use it which would have been nice to know as part of booking the stay. I had a great workout at the gym then went out for an evening meal. A good night's sleep was followed by a breakfast buffet at the clubhouse which was decent. It may have not been the greatest accommodation experience but it did represent tremendous value for money and I would look to stay here again based on that.

A one night stay plus breakfast. Good. No issues. Not that it was an issue for my stay but for future reference to consider permitting dogs. Maybe allocate some rooms for o/night stay with dogs. Wonderful countryside location. You advertise walks. Missing out on a key £ market!

A beautiful shiny new hotel with well thought through design and such aesthetic decor. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The roof top bar was a definite plus, with fab views, it just made the weekend for me and my friend who had a long overdue catch up. So close to the station, an easy weekend away.
