My family of seven recently stayed at Lifestyle Resort, and it was one of the worst resort experiences we have ever had. We traveled with my mother, two daughters, and three grandchildren, hoping for a special family vacation. From the beginning, the rooms were disappointing. They smelled strongly of dampness and mildew, sinks and fixtures were broken, there were leaks, and we even found a roach in one of the rooms. We requested room changes approximately FOUR times, and each room seemed to have another problem. Transportation around the resort was also stressful. To reach the buffet, beach, and other areas, we had to use crowded, loud shuttles where people were pushing and yelling. With three grandchildren, this was not relaxing or convenient. The food was another major disappointment. Buffet food was often lukewarm and tasted reheated, and the restaurants did not live up to what was advertised. Even basic requests were an issue—we asked for a Band-Aid and a straw and were told they had neither. What disappointed me most was the lack of concern from management. We repeatedly explained our problems, yet no one truly took ownership of the situation. This trip was meant to create beautiful family memories, but instead we spent too much time changing rooms and dealing with problems. I would not return and cannot recommend this resort. The was no hot water. Management came out didn't fix it. Places closed too early . Food was not that great. Would not go back.

Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people
