Quiet, peaceful home
Our family stayed here during a family funeral, it was a perfect place to gather. We enjoyed the spacious home, as well as the surrounding area and view of the lake. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Owners and House!!!
The property managers are amazing!! They helped our family out in such a hard time with last minute events. I’m so greatfull for the kindness they showed. They kept in great contact with me and made sure that things ran smoothly on the booking and the house had everything we needed. The house was absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. Awesome for large families!! We definitely plan on returning here in the future! Definitely book this place!!!

Peaceful Holiday
Our family of five, three teenagers, had a quiet, peaceful time. Everyone had their own space, room to move, and room to gather. The deer and “wild” turkeys kept our young dog entertained. Close enough to town to pick up anything we forgot, but far enough away to be quiet and serene.

Only issue was not knowing how to use the exhaust system on the stove and the TV in the front room would not come on. That was problematic because me handicap daughter could not go down the stairs and we had planned on watching Christmas movies.

Großzügiges Haus mit einigen Makeln
Wir waren als Familie 10 Tage Vorort, um unsere Tochter über die Weihnachts- und Neujahrstage zu besuchen. Das Ferienhaus liegt hervorragend; fast unmittelbar am Lake Liberty mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf den See. Die Natur und die Ruhe sowie die frei lebende Tierwelt (Truthähne, Elche und Rehe) haben wir sehr genossen. Die Nähe zu Spokane war ebenso für uns sehr positiv. Direkte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Größe des Hauses war für uns 6 Personen mehr als ausreichend und passend. Jeder hatte die Möglichkeit, sich auch entsprechend zurück zu ziehen. Äußerst positiv zu erwähnen sind die sehr komfortablem Betten in allen Zimmern. Allerdings gibt es auch einige negative Punkte, die auffallend waren. Auf den ersten Blick wirkte das Haus sauber, wenn man jedoch etwas genauer hingeschaute, wurden etliche Defizite bezüglich Sauberkeit und Modernisierungsbedarf sichtbar. Z.B. wurde es versäumt den Müll und den Staub der Vormieter unterhalb der Betten zu beseitigen, ebenso wurde seit Längerem an weniger sichtbaren Stellen (Kühlschrank, Uhr etc.) kein Staub gewischt. Staubsaugerbehälter und Trocknersieb wurden ebenso länger nicht entleert bzw. gereinigt. Die Innenseiten der Fensterrahmen sowie das Innere der Vorratskammer in der Küche waren ebenfalls nicht so gereinigt, wie man es sich wünscht. Für die Größe des Hauses würde man sich eine bessere Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien wünschen. Für ein amerikanisches Haus hätten wir eine bessere Programmauswahl im TV erhofft. Für Gäste, die über keinerlei amerikanische Online-Zugänge verfügen, ist es nicht möglich über ein breit gefächertes und lokales TV-Programm zu verfügen. Der Hauseigentümer (James) hat sich nach unseren Beschwerden immer zeitnah gemeldet und war an einer konstruktiven Lösung bemüht.
