"We had a nice stay at the St Regis Lhasa resort. However, I was disappointed that the St. Regis, a 5 star hotel, did not have a gym, which is an amenity I would expect for a 5 star hotel. Also, the pool was closed during our stay. Please improve the wifi connectivity in the room because it was very slow. I appreciated the St. Regis accommodating a late check out request; the customer service of the staff was excellent. "

5/5 Excellent
"Best hotel in Lhasa. Stayed there twice, once in the main building and once in one of the stand alone buildings. The room in the main building was in great condition and everything worked. The room in the stand-alone building required some renovating. Not bad per se, but given the 5-star status, I was expecting more consistent upkeep. "
