"Quiet hotel"

"My sister and I liked this place, and they had a good breakfast. The Italian restaurant attached through the lobby was excellent, and very convenient. Their one luggage cart could use a little maintenance, but worked ok, and it seems there are some people who more or less live there, and have BBQ gear out back, but they were friendly. The room was clean and the beds comfortable."

"They were excavating the driveway and ran the jackhammer, concrete saw and then blew off the parking lot with a leaf blower at 8:00 pm Two days after we left another charge appeared on my credit card for 177.20 I called and was told it was a simple error and they would call me back tomorrow. Never heard back from them "

"Stayed there in the past maybe 10 years ago , it was nice . This time not so much, needs completely up dated , bad smell in hall way 3 rd floor . Must have had 20 watt lite bulbs in our room dark and dingy room . Needs complete update . Will not revisit till that happens . Should have had free breakfast at this price . Very , very disappointed ."

"The pool was broke so was the hot tub there was dirty bathroom floors and after paying 700 plus on rooms when our cat got lost and my son had to stay in property to find him after check out they wouldn’t let him use the bathroom. I do not recommend this hotel and feel as if they were very rude to my son."

"The first room (108), had a big crack in the window. The second room (102), the toilet was loosely connected to the floor and there was some water seepage under the flooring. We stayed 2 nights but our room was not cleaned on the second day of our stay. Could use a second night stand & a full length mirror. Only amenities were soft drinks."

"There was a cockroach in the wall of our room. While the staff were setting up the extra bed, the cockroach crawled back into the wall, and no one acknowledged it or apologized. I had originally booked a double queen room, but instead of moving us to the correct room or relocating us, an extra bed was brought in from the hallway where it was stored with other items and squeezed into the room. We waited a very long time for the bed to be set up.The maintenance staff who handled the bed were kind and professional. However, the two front desk staff members we interacted with—both at check-in and when we came down to report the issue—were very nonchalant, did not address the situation appropriately, and did not offer any apology, which made the experience even more frustrating and disappointing."
