« Beverly was a wonderful help. I was arriving at 3am and had called to let them know. They were very helpful. Beverly had me all ready to go and made me a cup of ice water. The room was great. The person setting up breakfast needs more training. They chopped up the strawberries with the leaves still on them. They were not making sure that things were kept full. They over warmed the bread items and made them hard. »

« I checked in and checked out within the first hour. 1. The room. Smelled of cigarettes even though I reserved a non smoking room. 2. There was graffiti on the bathroom window and the privacy barrier had holes in it. 3. The weather stripping was missing from the door, 4. The furniture was moist and had cigarette ashes and smelled of mold. 5. There were people with young children smoking illegal substances infront of the door. 6. We were given a second room and the invasion bar on...

« The first room that they gave me had no electricity and still under construction. The second room they gave me was still dirty from the last guest. It was horrible! They offered me nothing. I couldn’t even talk to a real person, they had a video kiosk. They spent all that money on a dumb video kiosk, but cannot Oxford to clean and fix their rooms. Terrible. »
