Our stay was just fine. The room was clean and had what was needed. Maybe not the newest and most updated but functional. The kind suite was a big room with a bed and a chair with an ottoman. The chair was kind of icky looking. There was plenty of room for a couch and another chair, so it felt like a large empty space. The bed was fine. The bathroom was clean and maintained.

Very basic

It's ok for a small town. It was comfortable. Good for a nights sleep. It was very clean, quiet. FYI if you ask for the second floor there is no elevator, so keep that in mind.

Property was clean and well kept. Breakfast was not that good. The waffle batter tasted terrible. There were several snack food options all high sugar low quality snacks.

Overall okay. Furniture was stained but the bed was clean. Staff was pleasant. It was noisy starting in the early am as we had the room right by the entrance and lobby where breakfast was served.

I enjoyed my stay very clean facility. The only complaint i have is there breakfast. They need to add more things to their menu. Like eggs, sausage, etc. But other than that i enjoyed my stay very much.

The room was clean and spacious. Probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in. Very minimal breakfast. Air conditioner sounded like it was dying and there were no elevators.

This hotel is comfortable and reasonably clean and that it it. Breakfast is below average. The property seems to have been renovated in the last few years. Even though it is along Hiway 41, there is no sign for the hotel, not even were to turn into the property. No pool, no elevator.

Very nice hotel which was well maintained and clean. Three staff were friendly and helpful. Two floors with stairs only. Breakfast was mediocre and consisted of waffles, coffee, milk, breads, packaged muffins, cereals (Raisin Bran & Froot Loops), and yogurt. Very limited seating with only two tables with 4 chairs each. Assistance with keeping things filled was slow.

Quick booking, overnighted. Convenient.

We stayed at this hotel because it was close for us to drive to a family funeral. The hotel itself was clean. Carpet in halls, worn but had been vacuumed. Appears to have an updated painting in hall and rooms. Room was clean. Bed comfortable . I would have given 5 for room, but there was an upholstered chair that was tacky and dirty. Needs to be thrown away. Check in was good, he was not overly friendly but efficient. We would stay here again if the need arose.

For Sullivan, IN it was located quite well. I've stayed there many times since the facility opened years ago. Close to Wal~Mart. McDonald's, Hardees, BK, and a convenience store with fuel. Two issues I have are: the evening I registered and paid cash for my four night stay upon registration, an attempt was made to charge my stay to my credit card. Additionally, I had to pay a $50.00 deposit (cash) upon registration for damages, because I paid cash in advance for the stay. The requirement to pay this this damage deposit needs to be made known to the guest(s) when their reservations are made.

Noticeable updates since we stayed there in the fall. Fresh paint in the hallway and our favorite room had a new light fixture in the bathroom finally, after part of it not working for months. The shower also had a new faucet combo. Unfortunately the mattress had been changed and the new one was hard as a rock. So we didn't sleep good at all.
