The room was clean and fine. My experience was fine but the Reason for my star rating is my mother needed a handicap room. She actually called the property to confirm that she had a handicap room. The property called her several times to confirm the handicap room. Upon arrival, NO handicap room available meaning no way to shower, use the restroom etc. The Staff couldn't have cared less, just saying there was no handicap room and offered ZERO accountability or accommodation. Its the only game hotel in Sullivan so I suggest staying in another town.

Noticeable updates since we stayed there in the fall. Fresh paint in the hallway and our favorite room had a new light fixture in the bathroom finally, after part of it not working for months. The shower also had a new faucet combo. Unfortunately the mattress had been changed and the new one was hard as a rock. So we didn't sleep good at all.

Very basic

It's ok for a small town. It was comfortable. Good for a nights sleep. It was very clean, quiet. FYI if you ask for the second floor there is no elevator, so keep that in mind.

I enjoyed my stay very clean facility. The only complaint i have is there breakfast. They need to add more things to their menu. Like eggs, sausage, etc. But other than that i enjoyed my stay very much.

Our stay was just fine. The room was clean and had what was needed. Maybe not the newest and most updated but functional. The kind suite was a big room with a bed and a chair with an ottoman. The chair was kind of icky looking. There was plenty of room for a couch and another chair, so it felt like a large empty space. The bed was fine. The bathroom was clean and maintained.

The room was clean and spacious. Probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in. Very minimal breakfast. Air conditioner sounded like it was dying and there were no elevators.
