"Nice little motel close to everything"

"Charming, clean, close to town and yet far enough away for it to be peaceful. I wish the view of the water was better but the gardening is heavenly! Great layout for breakfast with friendly staff (a few gluten free options with boxed cereal, fruit, yogurt, ham, cheese and hard boiled eggs). There is a fireplace outside to sit and enjoy the evening, rocking chairs to enjoy people watching and a put-put course just down the street! So many great things to say about this location, will be returning!"

"Friendly staff, great location, good price, free parking. There could be more attention to housekeeping details - we had to hunt for our TV remote - found it behind a chest of drawers, there were spots on the carpet which we cleaned up. There is limited soundproofing. In the morning between 6-10am we heard many doors slam - soft close doors would help."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. I love that it is a walking distance to the shops (mackinaw crossings) and food. Also short walk to the ferry (sheplers) to Mackinac although the hotel does provide shuttle to the ferry which was super convenient.. breakfast was decent… would definitely stay here again."
