### Rustic cottage with equipped kitchen, WIFI and large private yard

Holiday cottage in a converted farmhouse adjoining the owners' residence.  
  
Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee machine, gas hob, fridge-freezer). Wi-Fi (fiber optic).  
  
Living room with lounge/dining area, 139cm TV, DVD player, decorative Godin fireplace. Two bedrooms, one with two 90x200cm beds (or one 180x200cm bed) and one with one 90x200cm bed.  
A bathroom with bathtub, shower screen, and double vanity, a separate toilet.  
Upstairs: two bedrooms, each with a 180x200cm bed, a desk area for working from home. Cot, high chair, baby bath, and baby equipment available on request.  
Fan in each bedroom.  
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.  
  
Private courtyard with no overlooking neighbors and a barbecue. Private enclosed parking for two vehicles and a motorcycle storage area. Electric car charging station in the village, 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot.  
Utilities included (except electric vehicle charging). Bed linen provided.  
Cleaning and towels are available for an additional fee. In the heart of the Avesnois Regional Natural Park, this accommodation is ideally located for exploring the Avesnois region. Aulnoye-Aymeries train station with service to Lille and Paris (3 km). Maroilles 7 minutes away (Green Hell, Flea Market, Flamiche Festival, Maroilles Half Marathon). Le Quesnoy (New Zealand Liberation Museum – TE ARAWHATA) 20 km, Maubeuge 18 km, Vauban fortified towns, Val Joly ski resort 30 minutes. Saint-Amand-les-Eaux spa resort (Chaîne Thermale du Soleil) 56 km. Matisse Museum in Le Cateau 40 minutes. Familistère de Guise (Aisne) 1 hour. Lille 1 hour.  
  
Vendor selling local produce 100 meters away (seasonal fruits and vegetables). Organic market every Wednesday in the village square.  
  
Numerous hiking trails accessible to children. Bicycle rental available at the Mormal Tourist Office (Landrecies). The Way of St. James (GR122, Berlaimont, Leval, Sassegnies) passes through the commune. BIODIVERSITY Gîte. Les Nuits Secrètes Festival 12 minutes away.
