A fully renovated classic Nicaraguan beachfront house built in the 1930s. During your stay, you will be transported to the golden age of Leon. But don't worry; the house has all modern amenities and plenty of space to share with friends and is right in front of the beach. Open rooms with hanging fans let the ocean breeze in 24 hours a day, but there are four rooms with air conditioning if you prefer.
The space
It is a peaceful, upscale, huge beach place. Walk directly to one of the best beaches in Nicaragua, over 3 kilometers long, nested between a rocky cliff and a peaceful estuary. Close to the best sightseeing, including national parks, the 500-year-old city of Leon, haciendas, and volcanos. It is one of the best places in the world to practice surfing and plenty of restaurants to choose from.
