Excellent relaxing stay. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe. Food choices were excellent and the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The gym was one on the best equipped we ’ve ever seen at a hotel.

A great stay after the initial disappointment of being allocated the wrong type of room.
The adults only side of the hotel is excellent, we loved the quiet areas on the lawn, the pool and adults its bar are a real plus.
We spent a little time in the main pool, the bar at that side is very tired and the wine selection poor.
The staff throughout the hotel are helpful and the food is good.

If you have kids book somewhere else. We booked this place as we had kids. The kids club was dark like a dungeon and disgustingly dirty and just really stinky. Older kids in there were out of control. We have stayed in loads of hotels with kids club and this is the worst by far. The aqua park with the slides (another reason why we booked is only available if you have all inclusive or you pay extra. One member of our party was heavily pregnant so couldn’t use the slides but was still made to upgrade as well as another adult, otherwise she couldn’t go to the aqua park to watch her child. There is no beach nearby, the one we went to was a very long walk, not practical with kids. Overall place was just dirty everywhere, rubbish on the floor. For the whole hotel only one lift was working. They start packing up food from the buffet 15 mins before it ends. People reserve sunbeam with their towels from 7am in the morning and don’t even use them and the hotel doesn’t do anything about it. Front of staff reception were rude and argumentative, especially Elena. One day the corridors infront of our room where we had sleeping kids stand of marijuana. When we reported it we were told “they don’t know who it is”. Another day the toilets stank of cigarettes. We went for a short stay but if anyone books this for their main annual holiday will be hugely disappointed
