"All good, great bar staff was wonderful, you have a great patio area but the no cigar smoking was a Wah Wah Wah moment for me , drinking, pool , pool table , fire pit place all the pericitos except no cigars was no bueno I had to go to the parking areas to enjoy my cigar. I’m a girl dad (3) and I believe the no smoking thing is good but outside , drinking playing pool, fire out with a good wine and a cigar is a beautiful thing, anyways I’m rambling and we’ll be back on 6/13 for another gig I have at the ritz ! Thank you, Hector"

"Check in was ok, although It took a bit longer as she was on the phone the entire process. Room had musty smell probably because of the well stained carpet. Ref did not work. Breakfast area was clean and the usual food items looked good. Bed was comfortable and tv worked great. Not sure if I would stay here again but I would not recommend to friends."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. However could use updating and a renovation as the rooms furnishing was older and not in the best condition, carpet in the hallways are worn and stained. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Overall it’s ok for a few day stay we had for a family member’s funeral, but I would use it for a vacation. "

"Everything was excellent except for the extra charges for parking and resort fee. I wish did the restaurants. We're open later, people are up to midnight should be able to get food. The other thing is you guys are known as markup island only because everything is so expensive in the hotel Like incidentals"
