I was quite impressed with the quality and maintenance of the facilities. The shower was a particular delight - the best rainfall shower i have used in a hotel for long time! Everyone from the parking lot attendant, the reception staff to the lift attendants were friendly, polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety and was quite tasty. I'll definitely be back.

Great staff, but the hotel rooms and furniture were quite dated. Had to change my room right after arriving around bathroom cleanliness issues. I would think that despite the issue with finding pubic hair all over the toilet seat of an otherwise clean room, l would at least be upgraded or at least get a similar sized room. I instead

"I booked a room for two people and was told the hotel policy was one per room. I waited an hour to get into my room. I waited about 3 hours to get my room key. Had to switch on the fridge myself. Even the one towel that was hotel policy, I had to request. There were no towels in the room I checked ..."
