Everyone we came in contact with was very nice. I love the key card system. You hold it under the scanner,tap the floor you want it tells you which elevator is opening and automatically takes you to your floor. We used the valet and they were all great. Our meals in the restaurant were excellent. Really everything from start to finish was wonderful except the carpet in our room was very dirty. Had a very dirty smell when you got near it, to say pick something up off the floor. Everything else seemed extremely clean. Very walkable area with a lot of stores and restaurants to enjoy.
