« we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door.
In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

« This hotel is GORGEOUS! We stayed on the 3rd floor and lived our room. Very spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, very clean and decorated beautifully. The history of that building made it even more awesome. The bed, towels and linens were very nice and the room came with a blow dryer and steamer to iron clothes.
