« Tried to stay two nights for business close by. Original room given dirty with stains. Moved to another room. Also found stains and dirty carpet. Staff not much help. Left after one night. Would not issue any credit for night not stayed. Arrogant manager. Would never recommend this place with others in the area. Expedia tried to intervene with no success. Again stay away from this place! »

« I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again. »
