Scott at the front desk has excellent customer service! I appreciate everything he’s done for our group. Maria in the breakfast area remembered me on the second day. Those two staff should be commended!

The place is great when there aren’t too many families staying there. I stay there when I do OTR work. The staff is great, the place is clean and if you get a good room on the third or second floor away from the elevators, you will have a great night of rest and relaxation.

Clean room. Super nice staff at front desk. Check in was great. However, microwave and Keurig were not working in room. I had to hold the the Keurig shut to work. Also microwave door had to be held shut while operating. Room door was hard to close and didn’t shut all the way. I had to slam it for it to close, which was annoying. However, the hotel itself was clean and was in a quiet location with ample parking. Breakfast was also very good.
