"Stayed in the Juliet room. The place is okay. Penny grocery store just down the street was nice. But the kitchen is kinda gross and smelly. The bathroom is fairly clean. The bed is worn out from having a single person sleep on it so you both roll into the middle which sucks. Friendly host. It's passable but I wouldn't recommend to my friends. "

"Sehr zu empfehlen"

"The apartment was perfect for our recent stay in Cologne! It was clean, close to the train station, easily accessible and the host provided frequent and great communication. We especially appreciated the multiple fans provided as it was hot during our stay, but it was pleasant inside. Would recommend and stay again!"

"The property was very clean and comfortable. It has been updated. It was a 10 minute walk from the main station, although one could walk a block to ride the subway one stop, of you have luggage. If you follow Google maps, it will take you a 17-20 min walking route, but you can easily just view the map to take a more direct route. Amazing park and playground with giant slide just around the corner. About a 7-10 min walk to a grocery or breakfast. There is no clothes washer available, so one will...

"The location is about 16 mins from the Bahnhof/Dom. The building in general looks like it going through a revitalization. This apartment is completely renovated and clean"

"Great location, but the bed was bad and the pillow awful. On the 4 days we were there, there was no hot water for 2 of them. No AC so the place must be really hot during summer."

"We stayed for 7 weeks and had an excellent stay! Apartment is exactly as described and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Christian is very attentive as a host and we could reach out anytime."

"Great room and location. There is a grocery store right across the street and several nightlife venues in walking distance. We stayed here for a concert and the Live Music Hall was right down the road."

"Location suited us"

"Nice big room with fridge, microwave, dishes in a quiet green setting. "

"Very clean and bright. The host was waiting for us and welcomed us at the beginning of our stay. Very easy to get into the city to explore. The unit was well equipped for our stay. "

"Eine tolle kl. Wohnung in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. Für Hundeeltern besonders gut geeignet da es tolle Auslaufgebiete in direkter Wohnungsnähe gibt. Wir können sie sehr empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist super lediglich der Kühlschrank lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig.Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Unfortunately very different than that i expected. Starting with the fact that my room was on the last floor and the building doesn't have an elevator, i had 3 pieces of luggage and the stairs were super tiny. This information is not explicit in the site and it should be The place did not have parking at all, i was instructed to park on the street but there was no space so i need to park few blocks away. The room itself did not smell good, seems there was issues with the bathroom. I had a...

"Although the host is helpful and accommodated my early check in request. The apartment didn’t had a control for the AC and if there was any we didn’t feel it and the apartment was hot. The parking was shared and the other guest waked us up at 6:30 am so we could move the car. The apartment floors had a type of oily substance that smelled like dog pee/chemical/old sweat (could tell the difference) and was dangerous with my slippers-I slide twice. So I needed to walk on my tennis shoes all time we...
