Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. »

« There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...

« While the host was very quick to reply to my messages, and provide detailed information, the apartment was not as clean as we expected. It seemed as if no one had stayed there for awhile. Also, the comforters didn't looked clean. While this was only a 2 night stay for college visits, we expected more from the pictures and reviews, which emphasized how clean it is. And since there is a no shoe policy, one would expect more. »

« The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was great, the TV was nice but no local channels, I didn't use the washer/dryer but nice to have in the room. The only issue was road noise came through the large windows. »
