Staff was friendly. Rooms are a little outdated but the elevators had signs about updates coming. Room could have been cleaner (dirty shower, stains on comforter, hairs on bed)

Clean place great staff Hot Tub isn't Hot ENOUGH

Great breakfast, clean room, wonderful staff - what more can I say?!

Everything about our stay was good. The property and our room was clean, the water was hot, the bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly, the sitting area was very homey and comfortable, and check-in and check-out was fast and easy. There are restaurants and shopping nearby. The only negative things I can say are that 1) the toilet bowls were round and not really comfortable as opposed to elongated ones, and 2) the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, which made the entire room hot and steamy when we took showers, although we were able to open the window and got some ventilation. If it were not for these two things, I would have rated this as excellent. As a plus, our floor had two additional bathrooms on it. I should note that we will be staying there again in about a month, and would give it strong consideration for any future visits. PS...we didn't eat at the restaurant, but man, did it smell good.

A great three star hotel. Our rooms were immaculate, the beds and pillows were perfectly soft and comfy. The staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. It is a very inviting and pleasant stay. Recommended🏨 🛌 🌟
