"We booked this hotel last minute when our flight plans fell through and we needed to spend the night in DC. A huge reason for booking the hotel was for the included airport shuttle. While checking in, the receptionist asked what time we needed a shuttle back the next day. I told her 4:20-4:30am since our flight was at 6:10am. She replied that they could not transfer us because their earliest shuttle was at 5:00am. I asked if we were on our own then and she said 'yep'; no apology for the inconvenience or other suggestion on how to make something work. This was pretty frustrating given the big reason we booked this hotel was because of the shuttle. We then had to figure out our own travel plans for the next morning and pay $30 to Uber 8 minutes to the airport. Frustrating!"

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. It was well beyond my expectations. The room was clean and very spacious. An added perk was having the perch with activities from putt putt to pickle ball along with other things to do. During our stay there was a band called Collective that played that night at the Starr Hill Biergarten amphitheater which was enjoyable. On the other end where the food truck vendors were there was a Dj so you had a choice of what music you wanted to hear. The room floors were quiet and you didn't hear any of the other guests that were in the hotel. Breakfast was good and offered a good variety. Also right next door there was a Wegmans if you needed something late night or during the day. This was a wonderful stay and I look forward to coming back again real soon."
