Few minutes drive to Purcellville which had plenty of options for live sports and other dinners. Beautifully decorated with plenty of space. Also nice to be at the quiet end of a cul de sac. The house was amazing. The listing doesn’t even do it justice. Even though it rained on the main day we were there we were still able to hang out in the hot tub and around the bar, because they were covered, and enjoy meals together in the beautiful and well stocked kitchen and dining room. Despite being 11 adults in the house we didn’t feel at all cramped. There was a small issue in the morning while we were there, but the host was super responsive and was resolving it before we even started our race at 7am. We had 15 people and never felt crowded. There was so much seating and plenty of communal space to hang out with everyone. The backyard was set up very well for 10+ people to all sit around and hang out, with a large table on the deck, seating around the fire pit, 6 person hot tub with bar seating around the tub! Everyone raved about how comfortable the beds were (I only stayed in the master but the master was beautiful, spacious and sooo comfortable!) Sarah and Mike were so prompt with their communication when I did have a question or concern. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of room for food and drink (plus the fridge downstairs was clutch!) Plenty of dishes, tableware, cups, mugs, glasses, etc, for everyone in our group. The only thing I would add is they did have nice pots and pans, but the pots and pans were regular size, so no pot big enough for cooking for as many as 10+ people. Otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing and would recommend for anyone planning a large family/friend gathering! ##### Heather L.
