« Desk was friendly, however food on floor in lobby that only need swept, was there over night. Room was clean. Typed Sign saying no food in room, is that comfort policy? They do not want to clean. »

« The hotel was nice. The breakfast was listed as a buffet. It had a warmer unit that had scrambled eggs, sliced sausage and French toast sticks in it. A waffle maker, cereal, hard boiled eggs and some breads. Not what I would call a buffet. Other than that the hotel was nice as was the pool. The Staff was friendly. The room was nice. A Waffle House was a short walk. The hotel and parking lot were safe. I would stay there again. »

« Staff were wonderful and helpful! Room was spacious and clean overall. Bathroom of the room was VERY small and configured very oddly. To open the door to it, you could not be sitting on the toilet or you would be hit. Or even toddler taking a bath was super uncomfortable because it’s small and you couldn’t sit on the toilet without the door being shut. The housekeeper did not see the toilet paper wad dried on the shower ceiling and the wall by the trashcan in the bathroom look like it could’ve...

« We had a great family time for Thanksgiving. Plenty of room for everyone. Appreciated the cleanliness, nice beddings, decor, and large dining table for our meal. Nice to have 2 large couches and tvs in all bedrooms. The kitchen appliances were nice. Loved having fenced backyard. We do have some suggestions: bathrooms tile floors need to be replaced because of cracks and loss of grout. Woodwork paint by tub needs repainting. « The place met our needs, and had 5 very comfortable king sized beds. It was very clean, and seemed newly renovated. There was an issue with the heating system overnight, and there were no extra blankets on a really cold night, but upon reporting the problem the next morning, the owner got someone out to fix the system very quickly and also sent three new throws/blankets over right away. « Our VRBO experience was lovely! Our hosts were so communicative and ensured we had everything we needed. The nice warm home was perfect during the chilly time of year, and having a driveway was helpful as we had quite a bit of luggage. The home was clean and we were very grateful for all the towels, blankets, and pillows. This location is very close to highway access, and be sure to head down to the main street in adorable Lees Summit if you visit! We plan to stay here again during future visits...

« I arrived after 3 and my room was not ready, not a big deal so they can make sure it’s clean. It wasn’t. There was a penny and all kinds of debris around the toilet, brown smears on the wall near the toilet paper, parts of the wall and shower were coming off onto the floor. They advertised they had a gym, which was why I booked it, and it’s completely gone. I have kindly requested a refund and have not heard anything back. »
