We booked in and 15 minutes later left. It was absolutely filthy. Both the room and communal areas were disgusting. Couldn't find anyone to complain to, so we just left. There was no way we could have stayed, the room was just dirty from the bedding to the bath.

The pictures are not what they seem. A double bed is more like a single and a half, very springy couldnt sleep, there was one hanger and small rail for clothes and no iron, the fan had not enough power. Upgrade was £160 which is ridiculous. Eating area table has crumbs not wiped down at all. Staff are pleasant however. Free parking
