Malibu Living At Its Finest - Just Steps Away From The Beach

"This house begins and ends with the ocean view! The home is bright and airy with a wall of window doors that open up to a large tiled patio which is great for morning coffee or alfresco dining. The kitchen is open and has all appliances necessary for home cooking, including a gas grill in the backyard. The backyard also has a gas fire pit and hot tub for the cool nights. I will stay here again for my next Malibu get away. And I will say again- the ocean view is awesome! "
"We took the family to Malibu for a little summer vacation and stayed in this lovely home. The location is so amazing, set on a hilltop with gorgeous views. I appreciated the fact that the breathtaking yard is being kept up so well. The steep driveway winds you up to this amazing spot. We were in awe, and even had a beautiful deer visit outside the living room window one afternoon and just stare at us! You’ll love the chef’s kitchen as well with top notch appliances. We hope to visit again soon. "
"Had the worst rental experience ever with this property. First of all it’s shown to have a pool and hot tub so one would assume there would be a switch to turn on heated jets but upon asking the property management they said there’s no switch to make that happen. The layout of the place is very strange there are no privacy doors to the bottom bedroom or the upstairs attic bedroom and the windows do not have top blinds so I had a terrible nights sleep on top of the outside sensor lights going off all night. The TV Internet access was also not connecting and upon asking multiple times and using the correct password it still wouldn’t work the representative of this property did a terrible job responding.The bottom bedroom had a soaked carpet upon entering and me and my guest got very bad congestion and cough so we ended up leaving a night early. After a terrible experience I had requested for compensation or a refund yet the owner of the property was unwilling to do so even after expressing my concerns. I do not recommend this property it seems as if they want to lure people in based on location and appearance."

"This is a very lovely location at the top of Trancas canyon. The views are beautiful and it is a very peaceful and scenic setting. The house was clean and well appointed. The hosts are very responsive. Perfect stay!"

"Absolutely stunning. The house itself and all the modern art that fills it is so chic and fun. The property is beautiful—from the house & pool area, koi moat, and of course to the view at the top of the ground’s little uphill hike. Plus, the beds were super comfy lol
So happy I found this place to surprise and celebrate my fiancé on his bday weekend and we hope to have another staycation here in the future!"

"The home is large, comfortable, and has a beautiful view. The patio had some road noise but inside it was very quiet. Jia was very responsive.
There were 8 of us and in the main house tgere were beds for 6. The remaining pullout couch is in a separate building very close to the main house, upstairs. The bathroom there was accessible only by going outside and down the stairs and back in by a different door. We decided to sleep on the living room couches in the main house instead which were very comfortable! We all loved our stay!
