Room is extremely outdated. They posted pictures of updated rooms on their website and then put us in a room that looked like something out of a 1970s movie. Shaggy teal carpet and bedding that looked used.
They weren’t full either, yet chose to give us that room.
The entrance needs to be updated as well. Very old and not overly welcoming

The spa staff does not enforce the rules of the spa at all. The sauna says plainly on the sign nude area no clothes, some people continue to wear swimsuits making it awkward for the people obeying the rules. I complained 3 times and nothing was done about it. My wife and I will no longer stay at a Sofitel, we will try someone new.

Nice hotel but unfortunately undergoing renovation, so major roadworks, crane etc. on road right outside entrance. Nice big room and the bathtub was an unexpected extra.
