"The place itself is great and is easily walkable many bars and restaurants. However, it is directly next to a homeless shelter and a soup kitchen. Most of the homeless people hang out across the street from the condo during the day. I would not feel safe walking at night by myself in the area."

"This was the most perfect place. Good quiet neighborhood. It was with in 10-15 to everything. My mom and my brother in law both are older and handycap. The walk in shower in the one bathroom was so helpful to bathe my mom. The beds were comfortable. Having as washer and dryer so I didn’t have to drag dirty clothes home was great. I would love to stay again. I would recommend to anyone I know going to Nashville. "
