Welcome to Greenview Condo, C4, your Lake Wenatchee getaway! This cozy Kahler Glen condo is the perfect base for up to 4 guests to enjoy year-round adventures. With easy access to outdoor activities, modern comforts, and serene surroundings, your stay promises relaxation and memorable moments.

This thoughtfully designed condo features a blend of comfort and convenience:  
  
⸱Bedrooms: Primary suite has a cozy king bed with an attached full bathroom. The guest bedroom has a plush full bed for a peaceful night’s sleep.  
⸱Living Area: Relax in the cozy living room featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and a welcoming ambiance.  
⸱Kitchen: Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials.  
⸱Guest Bathroom: A sparkling clean full bathroom just across the hall from the guest bedroom and near the living room.  
⸱Patio: This outdoor space has undercover seating with a front row view of the 5th greenway.  
Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi and enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.  
  
Guest Access  
As our guest, you’ll have exclusive use of the entire condo and access to some of the Kahler Glen amenities, including walking trails, the golf course (for a fee), and out the door cross-country skiing trails. There is a fantastic restaurant nearby called Wildflour, where they serve freshly made pastas and other delectable dishes. Their craft cocktails are epic!

Parking: There is one designated carport parking space. Free parking is available at the complex.  
Location: This condo is just a short drive to Lake Wenatchee, Stevens Pass, and the charming Bavarian town of Leavenworth.  
Please note that this is a non-smoking and pet-free property to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

Kahler Glen is a serene community surrounded by nature’s beauty. It is conveniently located just down the road from Lake Wenatchee State Park where you can spend your days exploring Lake Wenatchee’s crystal-clear waters, or hiking scenic trails. Enjoy xc skiing right out the door. Have children? Lake Wenatchee State Park also has a great playground for them to burn off some of that young energy. If alpine skiing is more your pace, head up to Stevens Pass in the winter, just a half hour drive away. Bring your clubs along and treat yourself to the 18-hole, par 70 golf course. After a day of adventure, return to this peaceful retreat to unwind.

#### Basic, not cozy.

We are for sure comparing our stay to other kahler glen condos we have stayed in. This condo was a very basic, hotel like stay. For being on a ski and golf resort, it seems it should have a more inviting cozy atmosphere. The hard wood floors are cold, the paint in the guest bedroom is splotchy, there was blood on the wall in the entrance by the door. The previous guests left their travel mug full of coffee that was still warm when we dumped it out and put it in the dishwasher. There was a spill between the couch and the end table that the cleaner missed. It just gave us the feel that the place was not completely looked over and cleaned which makes you wonder what other things were missed while you’re trying to be comfortable in a vrbo. I have pictures of the blood and the spill that I’d attach if I could. The pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows we’ve ever used. Needless to say we won’t be renting this condo again but will look for others in the kahler glen community the next time we come here. We were disappointed at the fact that every time we have come to kahler glen in the past, it was hard to leave and come home. This place was not like that. There was nothing about it that made us want to stay other than the access to the fun in the snow.
