« Zelda was the worst desk clerk I have ever dealt with. I came back to my hotel room on the last night of my 3 night stay to find all of our belongings on a janitorial cart in the lobby. There was a mistake made by the hotel where they gave me a key to one of my rooms that was checking out after 2 days. I had 9 rooms total so I see how the mistake was made. « The staff was super friendly, good, and responsive. Check in was at 3pm and I did get there a little bit early maybe 15 minutes, but my room was not ready at that time. When I arrived, front desk called to get a status on room. Room was put on priority list, cleaned, and ready by 3:30pm. The room had a mildew smell after entering. I feel like it was coming from the bathroom. Requested a change of room and it was approved. The second room was cleaned and I had no problems or issues. The tv’s in...

« This hotel was really nice & quaint and the staff were very friendly & welcoming. The rooms were very spacious, comfy & well maintained. It helped being so close to the Caesars Casino which made it perfect for the occasion. I will definitely be staying here again my next visit. Highly recommend. »
