"Absolutely LOVED this hotel. It had a very sexy vibe, dark hallways with sleek LED lighting, modern bathroom, big windows, even the elevator was cool. The guy checking us in was very nice and upgraded us to a river view room for no extra charge… and the view was absolutely incredible (we were on the 16th floor). I would absolutely come back to this hotel if I was ever in London again."

"Overall the hotel has a nice location but our experience wasn’t pleasant. The rooms and bathrooms could definitely use some more cleaning. We were initially allotted a room on the 6th floor with a view but upon arrival we found out that we got rebooked to a room on the first floor no view which was very disappointing. Upon asking multiple times the staff gave us a room on the second floor with partial view. Housekeeping is very slow and neither the sauna or showers worked in the common area."

"Great location, loved the balcony space, clean & modern room, friendly staff. The air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately there was no fridge in the room. Tea and coffee was in the corridor along with the ironing board. The noise at night from the street (there’s a busy pub opposite the hotel) was really loud into the early hours."
