It was easy to walk to the start of the Leadville 100\. The home is very cozy and comfortable. We were able to hook our laptops up via HDMI to the TVs and easily use Netflix and Youtube TV for our watching needs. But by far, the best feature is the kitchen. I would say it is the best kitchen we have ever had in a rental. We fear not having the right things for cooking before our endurance events. Upon arrival, we all smiled with amazing satisfaction. Rice maker, crock pot and waffle iron all in stock along with good pans and knives. The spice cabinet is stocked so we did not have to buy the basics. It was so much fun to cook together in this kitchen. Truly the best feature of the home. The host was super communicative. We did not need anything during our stay but I know she would have been there if we did. Highly recommend and will be booking again for the next race in Leadville. ##### Russell H. The house was very cozy, had plenty of space to spread out, and has multiple restrooms for privacy. We came up for a quick weekend ski trip and enjoyed the space to hang out and relax. Wifi was fast and reliable. The host even worked with us to allow a few extra guests (who brought their own air mattress) that joined our trip last minute. Host was also great at communicating the rules of the house as well as fun activities to do during our visit. I would recommend to anyone with a group size of 6 people or less that like their own space/privacy. ##### Drew T.
