Staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and updated with decor. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast very good!

Squeaky clean inside and out. Well maintained property and quiet. Tasty mini waffles available to make as well as other items if not a waffle eating person- a couple choices of cereals and hard boiled eggs and bread to toast. The only things that could be vastly improved upon: the bathroom towels were unbelievably thin (hand and bath) and the bed pillows were very lumpy. The bed itself was very comfortable and had good linens. I suspect the issue with the towels and pillows are due to are...

Excellent property and great staff.

Hard to get to - once you miss the turn off, you have to go around, and you can only turn right into the propery, not left. Other than that, the place was good, clean and the staff were friendly. AC worked but it was very loud. Pet friendly which was a bonus. Would stay here again

Room was fairly clean however there was a large ant on one of the beds. Didn't have a chance to use breakfast as it began after we needed to leave.

Clean but food was left in our fridge from prepaid guest.

We were on a road trip from Vancouver Island to southern California and took a chance on the Candlewood Suites in Eugene which we hadn't stayed at before. A bit off the beaten track, but easy to access from the I-5. We found the hotel to be clean and quiet with spacious rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Excellent, large screen TV and wi-fi access. Check-in was efficient and friendly.

Very clean and new! Would stay again!

All good

This is a very comfortable stop over. You get what you pay for in terms of the amenities but the bed is comfy and the staff are friendly and its safe.

I needed a longer stay and booked fairly last minute. Graduation week had booked out most other affordable options by this point. Red Roof Eugene-Springfield was a very good price and still located reasonably close to dining and other attractions in the two cities. At first, I was disappointed in the condition of the room--lots of wear, with holes in the bedframe and a very poor mattress. However, I switched rooms and had a much better interior including a newer bed. The staff was always...
